Paramount Vaccination Portal Notice

This COVID-19 notice (“Notice”) is provided to you by Paramount (“we” or “us”) to describe how we process your information collected on our COVID-19 vaccination record platform. This notice supplements any other privacy notice that have been provided to you in the context of your relationship with us including without limitation, as applicable, the Paramount Privacy Policy for consumers or the Workplace Notice (if you are part of the Workforce). We may update this Notice at any time.

WHAT INFORMATION WE WILL COLLECT ABOUT YOU

We may collect information about you, such as your name, contact details, employment related information (only when applicable), COVID-19 Vaccination status and related data, and any other personal information you may choose to provide as part of the COVID-19 vaccination exemption process, should you decide to request one and only when applicable.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION AND WHY (“PURPOSES”)

We will use your information to fulfill our legal obligation to provide a safe and healthy environment for our employees and others, to comply with our contractual obligations, to assess your workplace accommodation (as applicable), to manage your attendance at or participation in one of our events or productions, to conduct workforce, production and event planning, management, and other operational activities, and to contact you, as needed.

WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH

We may share your personal information as necessary, including with a limited number of Paramount personnel as well as with select third parties and service providers, who may only process your personal information for the Purposes.

We will only share your personal information otherwise if we are required by law to do so.
